I bought this dental splint to help with clenching my jaw and sometimes grinding my teeth while I sleep. It was easy to mold to my teeth after following the directions on the box. I like that it comes with two dental splints. I used one to mold to my bottom teeth and one for my top teeth, just so I could see which one is most comfortable while sleeping. I prefer to wear the one I made for my top teeth. This does take some getting use to as it is a bit bulky. I asked my dentist about it at my last appointment and he said the ones they make in the office cost a lot more and are pretty bulky as well, so he always recommends trying one like this first. Obviously talk to your dentist too if you have concerns or questions. I would definitely purchase again. ... show more

I have had many mouth guards over the years Never was able to get this one to fit. Very buckle after heating it and putting it in my mouth I could never get it to fit correctly. Total waste of money. Don't buy it

    • They are bulky
I ordered this for TMJ flareup. They were easy to mold but after a few nights they stretched out and became very bulky. Found it on the floor in the morning! Will try and remold it and see if that it doable. I do notice that it has helped my TMJ though.

    • Life saver
I’m Dealing with TMJ. Dentist suggested I purchase something like this to help. Once you boil it you put it against your teeth to shape to your bite. It works pretty good but I didn’t push the front against my teeth and it causes me to drool sometimes. It does come with two guards and a case.

    • My favorite brand of night guard
I've been using this brand for several years and the guards fit well and are very long lasting. Just be sure to follow the instructions. You're only supposed to boil them for several seconds. One reviewer mentioned boiling the guard for 2 minutes and it melting away -- well, of course it did!

    • Not a comfortable fit at all
This is the most comfortable mouth guard I’ve tried. It makes me gag when I try to shape it into my mouth. It’s too thick and I feel like I’ll gag in my sleep and is why I refuse to use it now.

The teeth guard doesn’t fit , It's design flaw, really bad material any strong plastic taste in mouth . You'll feel nauseous after used in a few moments.

It’s exactly what it says. Although it’s too chewy for me. I end up chewing on it all night. Wish it was harder after molding. But good price for what it is. Molded well.
