I have no complaints about the quality of this product. It is well made and works as intended. For my application it does not work well. I have a gravel driveway and using this to jack a car from the side pulls the car sideways as it is raised, or the jack slides off the jacking point and it needs to be lowered, moved forward and retried. I went back to my scissor jack. It lifts straight up. Also, the jack does not have much of a range. It does not lift the body high enough to lift the wheels. It needs to be put under a differential or an axle if you want to lift a wheel off the ground. ... show more

Came packaged well. Included 1.5 ton jack that has a very convenient balanced/sturdy carry handle right on top, handle and inexpensive blow molded black plastic case. Got this for my fiance bc we were tired of borrowing a jack from everyone else ours got stolen. He loves it and I personally love that it comes in a little case of its own! Makes it easier to store and make sure nothing gets lost! Perfect and the price was perfect as well!

For starters, the Jack arrived “broken”. The box it was shipped in was undamaged, but the case was cracked. A snap ring that holds the jack together, was not installed. It was laying in the case. I know how they work, so I reinstalled it. I purchased 4 Jack stands from this company as well, same colors and 3-ton as well. They were to be compatible with the Jack. The Jack maxed out before the Jack stand would fit underneath the vehicle, even at the lowest setting. Then to top it all off, while I was jacking up my vehicle the Jack wheels slid sideways and the car shifted forward, damaging the rocker panel. I am a heavy duty diesel mechanic, I know my way around a jack and some Jack stands and this jack is INCREDIBLY unsafe. I recommend this product to absolutely no one!! If you value your life and safety and don’t want your vehicle damaged, do not buy! I can purchase jacks at Walmart or Harbor freight that are less expensive and MUCH better quality. In fact, the scissor jack with my spare tire is sturdier and goes higher than this jack. ... show more
