I'm curvy, 32D, 27-28 waist and thicker hips and thighs. 5'4" with a longer torso and shorter legs. The style nips nicely under my chest, flows extremely well over my hips and thighs, and falls mid to lower calf on me. It elongates my body and accentuates my narrower ribcage. It's definitely an empire waist, so keep in mind the elastic is designed to hit under your chest, not at your waist. It might be too short if you're tall, but if you're short to average and curvy, I think it works great. The small worked for me (though I did buy a small in two colors and they fit differently. The color I liked best was looser and more comfortable across my chest. If I'd have preferred the other color, I probably would have exchanged for a medium). I chose to wear a slip with it. I bought two of these. They are comfortable and very pretty. The fabric isn’t too think or thin. The elastic around the neck and waste is just right. There is no liner but it’s not see through so the liner isn’t needed. Great summer dress for a casual outing or even dressy enough for church. This is a super cute dress but the sizing is way off. The medium was super snug around the waist and chest and the large was really baggy around the chest and waist, a full two sizes larger. Had to return both :(

This beautiful color light weight dress is breathable and runs true to size. Perfect length on my 5’9” frame. The lining was a huge plus but didn’t add any weight. Super fun style, I received lots of compliments.
