This turned out to be such a great product. It is simple to install, and it has T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon on the one SIM card. I took it when I went on vacation. Traveling in 4 states, it just worked every time I turn it on. They even give you a website where you can reload the data over and over. If you are thinking about getting this card, do it. Wave Connect is a company based in the United Kingdom, and they sell SIM cards to access mobile communications in the USA (among other countries). The "Prepaid USA SIM Card, 2GB/30 Day, 4G LTE & 5G on Verizon, T Mobile & ATT, Data Only SIM Card for Unlocked IoT Device, Compatible with Cell Phones, GPS Tracker, Security, Trail Camera" is one such SIM card product. It provides data-only mobile InterNet service to IoT devices, laptops, surveillance cameras, and unlocked mobile phones, but you cannot make or receive traditional phone calls with this. The product arrived in a card-stock envelope, containing the SIM card embedded into a larger punch-out card, so you can extract the SIM in full-size, mini or micro sizes. The envelope also included the usual SIM tool to pinch and pull out SIM trays from mobile devices. I really liked the fact that upon inserting the SIM into my unlocked mobile phone, it activated and started working within 30 seconds (even though the envelope says initial connection can take up to 2 minutes). There was no need to set an APN manually; it auto-selected "Orange World" as the network for my area. A web based speed test showed that, in my area with good signal strength from all the 3 major USA carriers (AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile) which Wave Connect says it is compatible with, I measured 42 Mb/s download and 12 Mb/s. Download speed is good for 4G-level service, but upload is slightly below average. Another thing I really like about Wave Connect is that the service works without needing further registration, or creating an account (unless you want to continue the pre-paid plan beyond 30 days). Their terms of service and privacy policy are short and straightforward, with no onerous or invasive clauses imposed on the user. European companies tend to be less intrusive due to the GDPR law. Great data rate in my area, easy to renew and easy to get up and running in your IoT device of choice or your portable 4G LTE Wifi adapter. In my case I used a Mifi 4G from SmartSIM that I absolutely love and it didn't disappoint. It connected through ATT which was good as that is the fastest in my area. It netted me solid 20Mbps up/down symmetrical bandwidth. It peaks at about 65 Mbps and had a low of 3-5Mbps during heavy traffic times higher up in elevation past where the cell towers are actually placed. This works great in my GSM weather project. I have small GSM IOT controllers for a mesh weather system and this does a great job. No issues using it, just connected the SIM to the controller and after a minute I was able to get a reply signal.

Put this SIM on an old device I had and it gave it data service after a few minutes, no setup required. I won't comment on the service itself since I didn't use it, but as a single use 2GB SIM, it's about as good as you can expect.
