  • Great tattoo numbing cream
Style: Numbing Cream
This stuff is great! I was skeptical, but I was pleasantly surprised with the results. I tattoo myself, which is very difficult, especially when it comes to very sensitive areas. I applied the cream to my inner bicep (below the arm pit) and wrapped it plastic wrap for 25 minutes, I then applied a little more and re wrapped it for a total of 60 minutes. I unwrapped it, wiped it down with witch hazel and applied my stencil and got to tattooing. I couldn't believe it, it was pretty much painless. You could obviously feel the pressure and a slight sting but nothing like it would be without the cream. So I'm sold on it and I'll use it for those extra sensitive areas. Because honestly, the older you get the more tattoos hurt. I'm 47 years old and I've found that getting tattooed now is so much more painful than it was when I was in my 20's and 30's. The only downside I see is you get a very small amount for the money. But I've researched these products pretty extensively and it seems pretty standard, this product you get 1 oz for $23. ... show more

  • Great product, works incredibly!!
Style: Numbing Cream
I recently started a sleeve on my arm. I have 40+ hours of ink done on my body and most of the time, I reallyyyy hate the feeling. It gets so painful after a long sitting. I ordered this numbing cream after my artist suggested it to me while describing the new numbing options out there for ink and body mod. NOW I LOVE THIS STUFF!!! I love it so much that I literally have been mad that I didn’t have it for all the previous hours I spent in pain! 🤣 I’m bitter that I didn’t find this product sooner because I would never have put off another second session had I used this! The cream is so easy to use. The instructions are great and explain everything. And IT LASTS so long! I was worried it would wear off quickly, but it doesn’t! I barely felt ANY pain during my 3 hour session. The only parts that I could kind of feel, were some bony prominences and the areas that were on the edge of where my product application stopped. This stuff is amazing and I will absolutely be ordering more for every tattoo I get, from now on. Life long customer now!!! And I’m also telling every one of my friends and family who get tattoos because this is such a nice option to have!!! If I had this stuff when I started, I don’t think I would have an inch of skin on my body without ink on it! 10/10 recommend!!!! 🤩 ... show more

  • DOES NOT WORK TRUST ME! IIM COVERD IN TATTS
Style: Numbing Cream
So just to start I’m covered from head To toe In ink. I decided to just try it because I’m working on my neck and throat, and just wanted to knock it out in one session. This product contains literally nothing to numb you; which I knew before hand but was curious. So to start most shop use a spray that’s hard to get and has about 20% of those chemicals that end in “cane”. I Wrapped my neck in the plastic wrap after smothering my neck in this trash as directed. Session starts and it felt just like when they hit 99% of my work with no cream or numbing stuff. Immediately I just put my ear buds in and started writing this review. Next to true numbing creaming, 5-6 shots of tequila will do the trick to ease the pain; just a fyi. Anyone on here that tells you other has psyched themselves out or has maybe one or two tatts in common areas that don’t hurt ( arms, legs, etc). Again I’m covered and know what pain of the back, abdomen (and sides), elbows, chest, ankles, back of knees, foot, and hands feel like; it gets your attention real quick and hurts Bottom line is your getting a tatt and there’s a needle depositing ink in your skin and it’s not gonna be easy. Second thing is don’t waste your time or money on this watered downed tiger balm. Just go in and get I done, or take a few shots and some 600mg Tylenol and you’ll be fine. Save your cash and just try to enjoy the process. Unless you get the stuff shops with hook ups have a hard a hard time getting (20% cane stuff) it’s going to hurt and nothing is going to ease the session besides some tequila and zoning out. ... show more

  • Use it properly and it is legit !!!
Style: Numbing Cream
Listen this stuff is incredible if you use it correctly. I recently used this for a tattoo on my upper arm and it was absolutely worth every penny. It was so good that I have the container to a good friend who also used it with the same results. Here is what I did….. After cleaning the area, I applied a liberal amount and rubbed it in. After about 15-20 minutes I reapplied a nice thick coat to my arm. I then immediately wrapped my arm all the way around in 2-3 layers of Saran Wrap (plastic wrap). Be sure to cover the entire area with plastic wrap and do not leave any area exposed to the air. The wrap should be wrapped lightly and should not to be too tight or cut off circulation to the arm, just ensure it is comfortable. It just needs to stop the cream from evaporating by blocking exposure to the air. This is the key, leave the plastic wrap on for at least 45 mins prior to the start of your tattoo. Mine was on for at least 60 mins ahead of time. Then remove the plastic and discard. At this point I put another thin layer of cream on the area (why not??). Let your tattoo artist know that you are using the cream, they don’t care, don’t be embarrassed by it, it will make your tattoo experience that much more pleasant and enjoyable. They will likely tell you to reapply some at your first or second potty break. Use as directed above and it WILL work…… happy tattooing !!! ... show more

  • Decent Product - Recommended for First Timers
Style: Numbing Cream
Appointment was at 10:00am Applied at 8:45am Second application at 9:15 Removed wrap + under the needle at 11:00am Worked well for a few hours but quickly faded, hour 1-2 was a breeze. Remaining 6 hours were not numb. What I would have done differently: heavier application and applied more prior to leaving for appointment, as we did have excess time for finalizing tattoo design and stenciling. Overall, pretty decent product. This was my first tattoo and it made the start of the session very easy and a good way to "test the waters" and ease into the pain rather than just jumping in. **sidenote, ask your artist before using. Also test a bit on a different area of skin first to make sure you don't have an adverse reaction, even if you don't think you're allergic. Skin is weird sometimes. ... show more
