I like that it keeps my utensils organized. It is sturdy and adjustable to pull out sides to make larger. The only thing in my draw is that it raises the 3 middle compartments when pulled out so I can't put alot of utensils because my draw won't close. I just put less utensils in the 3 middle compartments. It also slides in draw. I put some sticky rubber pads on each corner on the bottom to keep from sliding in draw. It helps.
