    • Good headset, easy to pair, clients say my audio is great
I wanted to bring in this headset from POWR store because it was a more conventional, full sized single on the ear device. It also had a docking-charging station for storage while I'm not on the phone. Single ear headsets like this provide the ability to be 'on the phone' and also have an open ear for an office visitor. The docking station is really well weighted. And the headset magnetically finds its place and auto-starts charging when docked. I would prefer the USB-micro port be located on the side ‘behind’ the charge-status LED. The status LED is integrated into the earpiece and is extremely small. It does face forward while the headset's docked. While it’s not a game changer, I’d like a larger Bluetooth and charge status indicator. I’ve had this unit on my desk now for a few days and find it reasonably comfortable for calls. But I found that if left on for over an hour it does get a bit uncomfortable. So I take it off when I’m not on the phone, usually putting on the docking station. It should be noted that once in the docking station, Bluetooth function stops. When I get incoming calls, I simply put on the headset, hold the main on-off button on the mic-arm, and wait for the headset to pair. And pairing is quick. Overall I felt it was an easy 4-star item and a worthwhile investment for anyone who could use a headset for calls, but not for constant wear all day. It does have its 'comfort limits.' I might try ‘padding’ the metal over-the-head band and also the hard plastic head-pad on the other side from the ear-speaker. ... show more

    • not very good noise canceling product
I didn't like how it was not noise cancelling for my liking. I would move the mic or touch and the other person heard this loud clicking sound. The last pair was very quiet people asked if i was even working that's how well they worked different brand. I would not recommend

    • Great for Teams
Setup took seconds and it was very intuitive. I am using with Microsoft Teams primarily, so all noise canceling is done in the Teams software and has nothing to do with the device. I tested with a couple of my regular contacts, and nobody could tell that I changed microphones from my regular Plantronics Blackwire headset. The quality was quite good. The base is heavy and stays in place. The magnetic connect grabs the headset for charging when not in use. CONS: 1. I don't like that it turns off immediately when I put on the base. I suppose this is normal, but I want to grab the headset when Teams rings and not wear it all day. I have to put it on, press the button and wait for it to come on and connect. It is a fairly fast process, but I would prefer it to be on and in standby mode while charging. 2. It uses the old micro usb instead of type C. This only means that I cannot share with any of my multiple existing type cords around my desk. I was frustrated at first, but decided that it should always be plugged into a dedicated outlet anyway instead of sharing power with something else. So micro or Type C makes no difference at the end of the day. Overall, I like the cordless freedom of this headset for my daily Teams and Zoom calls. I am the IT manager for my company, and we go through a LOT of headsets that cost much more than this one. I typically pay between $30 to $100 for wired headsets. I am excited to find something of this quality for such a ridiculously low price. Everyone will be asking for a wireless headset when they learn it is now an affordable option. However, I am going to use it daily for another month before making that decision. If it continues to work as well as it does now, I will be adding it to our company headset options. ... show more

While the sound quality from callers is acceptable and my own voice comes through reasonably well, it's not a high-quality experience, just okay. A test with my voicemail revealed that while I could understand myself during playback, the sound resembled that of speaking away from the microphone, almost like being on a speakerphone. These were a replacement for a very expensive pair my husband was given to work from home with. The clarity is equal, the voice mic is extremely clear, and the wireless charging magnet stand is convenient and functional. The headset is adjustable and pairs very easily.
