Introducing the Table Saw Precision Miter Gauge System by POWERTEC. This 3-piece set was designed to provide you with everything you need to produce consistently accurate cross-cutting and miter cuts, with featured stops that do not require calibration. Set Contains the Following: (1) High Precision Miter Gauge, (1) Multi Track Fence with Laser Engraved Scale (24 inch long by x 3 inch tall), (1) 3” T-Track Flip Stop (multi position). Miter Gauge Features 27 angle indexing stops, Laser-cut aluminum construction, A multi- functional 45 Degree setting, 4 expansion discs that adjust to remove all side play. A removable T-slot plate that can be used with T-slotted miter slots. Works in standard 3/4” x 3/8” miter slot, with or without t-slots. The gauge can be used as is, with a sacrificial fence, or with the included 24” x 3” multi –track fence Fence. Features Laser engraved 24” scale, right to left 24” x 3” tall multi-track T-slots (fence section). Made out of anodized extruded aluminum for strength and durability Universal t-track slots that accept 1/4"-20 hex bots, 1/4” t-bolts and 5/16” t- bolts, and T-track accessories. Possesses optimal versatility as a miter gauge fence, router or shaper table saw miter gauge fence and table saw sub-fence, chop or radial arm saw fence. Flip Stop Features can work as a right or left stop. Tongue firmly locks into track to clamp down and prevent unnecessary movement. Anodized aluminum body and a move-able stop arm (measuring at 3” x ¾”x 5/16”) puts the control in your hands allowing you to use the included aluminum T-track fence or a custom built sacrificial fence.

Better than I expected. Once I zeroed out the miter, it is dead on and repeatable at 90 degrees. That is all I tested. Very sturdy, easy assembly and setup, did not have to look at the directions. Love the fence and the graduations. The stop is stiff enough for real use. the adjustment for the slide works very well. I would buy it again if I needed one. The small parts sled is also better than expected. It is 90 degrees as best I could measure with a good framing square. No adjustments needed. Nice fit and finish. The only thing that could be better is the adjustments on the slide bar are nylon set screws from the side that are tedious to adjust and move with use. Need to add some Loctite or something I suppose. Great value and saved a lot of time instead of designing and building one from scratch. Feels very safe now to make small wood pieces. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I have now used the Miter Guage Slide Cut off Sled. I personally love it. It is absolutely amazing to use. I have found it extremely easy, productive and very adaptable to tons of cutting situations. The only complaint/ suggestion would be that the decking material be of higher quality material. The surface, appearance, and usability is great. Just would make it feel more sturdy. It dents on the outside edges extremely easily. I will probably have to cut my own deck out of a piece of 12 layer plywood or glue up some Maple. Won't stop me from grabbing it to use. ... show more

I got this to use with my Dewalt DWE7485, the compact table saw. Pros: - love the super-accurate gauge - love the sturdy feel of the fence, locking stop, and gauge - was able to adjust the slide tolerance very easily Cons: - the bottom of the plate is plastic, and the bottom of it is not flush with the metal slide strip - both the gauge is also not flush with the metal slide strip - as a result the gauge and plastic parts both separately hit the table when the slide strip is in the track, so they have to be "bumped up" to clear the front corner of the table. Frustrating. - the fence is so heavy / long that it is prone to tipping the gauge off the side of the compact table (not the fault of the fence, the table just may not be a good size for this particular tool). All in all I'll keep playing with it, but I'm disappointed the tool isn't fully bottom-flush right out of the box. I did try various washers in various places to try to make the bottom more flush, but it makes the overall slide unstable / tipsy. Not yet found a good solution. Maybe good for another table saw / tool with a sliding track. ... show more

Just received. Outer box a little small and beat up. Inner box from mfg good. Upon opening the inner box I notice it is designed well. Removing all items look in great shape. I noticed 2 of the preinstalled expansion disc screws had worked there way lose and were floating around the box. Not a problem. All separate parts and Allen wrenches were in separate sealed bags. Nice. The product came with not 1 but 2 instruction sheets. 1 for the miter gauge and 1 for the fence. Normal clearly written English. Each prominently displaying there tech support phone number. Also nice. Haven't tested the support nor do I want to have too. Inspected all remaining parts , all very nice. No scratches or damage. Assembly was straight forward and easy. I did add a nylon washer between the miter handle support washer and surface of the gauge. I just thought it would protect the gauge area from scratching. Anal no. Take care of and improve the things I buy. Yes! The product has that feel and look of a good sound product. Very sturdy feeling. The blue anodized surface of the fence is very nice. How thick / deep the anodized surface is i have not tested yet. Not conducive to it working well. The miter gauge checked squared. They do provide instructions to square it if needed. I gave this product 5 stars (rare for me) because it deserves it in all ways except the outer shipping box. That has nothing to do with the bottom line here. Right? I will be using on my 5' long custom computer controlled precision router table. Let's see if this miter gauge can live up to what this table offers. I hope this honest review will cut thru the dishonest (many) reviews products get. I will update this review after I test it. I will adjust the stars if needed. Hope this helps. ... show more

This is one of the better items I purchased through Amazon. It is an excellent value for the money and the shipping was extremely fast. I enjoy using this miter gauge and fence setup, it has made for very accurate cuts and also looks good on my table saw. Thanks for a great product!
