Bought these to use with my 6.5" Wen saw and they've been working really well for 4' and 8' cuts. It's nice having the 110" and having the extra support for the saw at the end of an 8' cut. They are nice and straight and easy to get the two pieces aligned when putting them together.

I have a Milwaukee track saw, and I bought a Milwaukee 55 inches track rail which are supposed to be superior quality as the other Milwaukee products, but in my personal experience Powertec rail are working as equal as Milwaukee if not better, adherence to the surface is not that good but if you buy some clamps, you will have %100 accuracy ... show more

This is a decent set of guide rails however when you put the two together and snug the set screws it caused a slight protrusion in the aluminum. When the saw gets to these protrusions it causes the saw to hang up some. I feel like the aluminum is a little too thin in the area where the set screws are. I recently received a new Milwaukee track saw kit that came with a 55" track. I'm working on a slab table and needed a double track (110") setup to cut the long edges of the slab. Purchased the PowerTec kit and did the calibration procedure including the pre-cutting of the adhesive strip. The cuts were absolutely perfect. Very Happy. If you're thinking about mating a single 55" Powertec track with a Milwaukee track (or possibly others (Makita,Dewalt,Festool)) - I tried that to see how they would work together and it didn't go well. The saw was either too tight or too loose depending on which track I calibrated to. That's OK for me as I bought the 110" kit with the plan of keeping the 2 tracks mated and stored for long cuts. ... show more

Overall, the tracks were well packaged, arrived without any damage, and were straight side by side and next to my level. I wasn't a huge fan of the anti-splinter strip, as it had adhesive on it which would have surely attracted saw dust. I suppose once it was dusty it would no longer be tacky and would not be a problem. Just a fit and finish critique, as I still think these are 5 stars when you factor in the value and apparent accuracy. The only problem, I bought these for my Milwaukee track saw (2831-20) based on several reviews that they were compatible. I come to find out Powertec has specific Milwaukee tracks now. And while my saw fit on the tracks, the anti-tip would not engage, at least not properly. I returned these and will likely bite the bullet on the Milwaukee tracks, as the Powertec version for my saw is only marginally cheaper. I came from a Kreg ACS track saw and purchased the Milwaukee M18 Track saw. It doesn't come with tracks so I purchased these to go along with it. Quality is significantly better than the Kreg track and it works wonderfully with the Milwaukee saw. Even the anti tip feature works (Milwaukee saw has a tab the pops out and engages in the track to kip if from tipping on 45 degree cuts), which some people said only the Milwaukee track has. I just got these and tried them out with my Festool TS 55 track saw. The new Power Tec tracks fit perfectly and the slide action is smoother than the original expensive Festool tracks. I can put the little allen wrench in a pocket rather than having to carry a screw driver around to join the Festool tracks.
