i recently built my own router table and wanted to add two miter bar t track rails. these had great reviews and were a tad cheaper than the ones from kreg. They were also closer to the size I needed. They look and work perfectly and fit exactly like I hoped they would!

Just as good as all the others at substantially less cost. 3/4" bit left just the right amount of space, and I like to sink mine a little deeper than flush so going just over 3/8" deep was just right for me. I routed the groove the day before the track arrived and glued and assembled, hoping and praying it was accurate to the picture, and it was. Cut very clean with a carbide wood sawblade, it only took a couple seconds to take a file to the edges and remove burr. I will definitely be revisiting this line again in the future for additional t-track needs ... show more

Received two 36” Powertec 71119 “Universal” T Tracks promptly, as Amazon always seems to be great at. However, when I put a hex bolt in the track (1/4-20 with 7/16” hex head), the bolt would spin instead of holding tight to the sides of the track. This means the track is not truly universal and is useless for hex bolts and requires the bolts with the “running track” shape heads. Sent these back and ordered two 48” CLEAR STYLE universal t-tracks. ... show more

Received box in the mail, opened box and the only thing inside was so flimsy wrapping paper. There was however a hole in the bottom of the box about 2” in diameter. In my mind, if you have a product that has sharp aluminum edges maybe you should pack it properly instead of just throwing it all willy nilly inside of the box. ... show more

Works great as T Track in a drill press jig I was making. Figured out they also are a perfect fit for the slots in my Dewault 745 table saw! I always have made my own wood runners but of course here in the South they swell in the summer to point your sled jigs won’t work. I will be swapping out my wood runners with this product soon! ... show more

I was greatly surprised when I opened the box and saw the quality of the anodizing on these rails. The blue color is very bright and more vibrant than the photo on the Amazon page. All the edges are clean and smooth with no metal burs at all. And they are very true and straight.

Great track. I think they could be a couple of bucks cheaper, as they DO NOT come with any mounting screws, but they are straight and solid. They also look wicked cool 😎. I also bought some intersections as well and them did come with mounting screws that I didn't like. Too big and course for what I was doing. I put all of this in a sheet of 3/4" plywood and the intersection screws that came with them were 5/8" long and poked through pretty good and they were a little too coarse as well. So I switched all screws to #6 spax 1/2" screw that worked out great on my plywood 👍 They still poked through too but just a nipper and grabbed super tight. Highly recommend using them screws for mounting this track. (I found mine at Menard's) Overall a great buy and seems to accept all I've thrown at it T bolts and hex bolts. SPAX #6 x 1/2" construction screws worked great, but still poked through a little bit on 3/4.. ... show more

My existing radial drill press table is two layers of ½” oak plywood sandwiched together. The top layer slides in/out to accommodate the drill’s 18” reach. I needed a way to hold millwork and drill overlapping holes. I paired the Powertec T-track with the Powertec drill press fence. The Powertec 71119 T-track channels run 0.755” wide by 0.375” deep. I put a couple of index cards on top of the T slot when I set up the router. This puts the T slot just below the table surface. You do need to make two passes with the router to get to the final width. The Powertec track will accommodate both Powertec T-bolts as well as other manufacturers. The Powertec T-bolts is 0.525" wide while other T-bolts typically run 0.500" wide. Skip the vendor provided screws and purchase a small box (25) of Spax #6 x 5/8” flat head screws. The screws do not cam out when they are driven. And they are less money than if you purchase the kit. ... show more
