Cord already broke. Only a month into school and already need to replace a part. Update: I was contacted by the manufacturer after my original review... and all had been righted. They sent me a new aux cord to replace the broken one and the headphones are still trucking hard for my son. He LOVES the fact that they are bluetooth wireless when wanted and was excited to find out there is a radio built in to the headphones themselves, even though it was hard to find a some of the stations, he thoght it was crazy cool. This product is amazing! We got this mainly to keep my son entertained on long flights. We travel a lot and watching videos or movies make it easier on a toddler to keep still on the plane. We have used this headset on 4 long (6-10 hr) flights and so far we never had any issues with it. Things we Love about it: 1. It’s wireless. No cords to get tangled to. 2. It has a nice case. With a free hook. So far, it has protected the headset very well. We usually would pack it inside my hand carry luggage or just hook it on my purse or my sons tiny backpack. 3. The USB charging capability. It can charge anywhere. So far I was able to charge it on my power bank or car or just a normal socket at home, the airport or the hotel room. I didn’t try to charge it on the USB charging port on the plane. I will update this post when I try it on our next trip. 4. Comfortable on the ears. The padding is soft and because your ears go inside the padding, no soreness at all. 5. Connects to our devices super fast. So far I have tried connecting it a Galaxy 3 tablet, 2 iPhones and an iPad with no issues. 6. Volume is great. Adjusts to one soft touch. Upon turning on, volume defaults to low so it’s a major plus for us. 7. Customer service is great. They follow up with you for any questions or issues and replies fast. Things that I don’t like about it: 1. When the battery is almost empty, it will warn you 2x then it will turn off in matter of what seemed like to me as less than 1min. This is a great product with an affordable price tag. I have ordered 2 other products from Power Locus as I really believe the quality of this company. Can’t wait to try those too. ... show more

The first pair of headphones I received kind of worked. They would connect via bluetooth, and sound came out... but they continually disconnected after 5-10 minutes of use. Reconnecting wasn't a problem, but staying connected was. Needless to say this was annoying. I emailed the vendor and got a fast response. They were very helpful, walking me through different steps to diagnose the problem and reset the headphones, but in the end they determined that the headphones I received were defective. A new pair was sent out immediately, which I received within 2 days, and the new ones work great! So, long story short, the headphones work as advertised, but the customer service is the real reason I'm giving 5 stars. ... show more

**Updated review: We got a replacement from the company and I was shocked to see them reaching out to me since it’s usually the other way around and it’s the first time I’ve experienced this type of amazing customer service. My son has not used it yet, but he said he’ll be using this replacement at school. He’s good about giving me updates about anything I get him so we should see how this replacement plays out. 1st review: When we first got the headphones it worked perfectly. I got them for my 8 & 9 year old on our 20+ hour flights and it really was a life saver during the travels. The battery life was good a well with no complaints from the kids when it did go out. It was on the ear for my boys but still comfortable. It did help with some sound proofing as well. The Bluetooth worked really well. My sos said he was able to walk to the other side of the room and the sound was still good. It’s been 2 months now and the left side is giving in. The sound is going in and out on the left side of the headphones and it’s pass the return date so we’re out of luck. ... show more
