If it were an option, I'd give 4.9 stars considering these are extremely budget friendly and get you some good BANG for your buck for basic tasks. On this cold Autumn day, I'd like to take you on our "PowerLocus Headphone Journey" Full disclosure: 1. This review is longish. 2. I have already accepted that a lot of people will think a) I am stupid b) This review is stupid/irrelevant c) I am bored or yada, yada, yada. That's okay. It's not a. reflection of who I am. 3. I found our experience entertaining that's. why I wrote the review Here we go! There was nothing out of the ordinary to the start of this cold Autumn day. Our usual hustle as bustle around here. Our version of normal. (whatever that means in your life. I know they all look different. I don't judge) After we were all settled into our "out of the door" places I was busy plugin away with work and doin the usual mom thing with the crawler (my chosen journey in life), and Miss Pink Headphones is busy workin away on an assignment with a fully charged headset via bluetooth per the norm. About an hour into our work day, the familiar voices and sounds around us are joined by the chatter of others. Aha! She's on the hunt for the cord to hardwire her headphones into the laptop! This has now fully captured my attention. This isn't my first rodeo I've been here a time or two. I am the finder of all things "lost". Let's face it. Nothing is EVER "lost" inside your own home. Some people just look better than other's. Through my years of experience and once I became a parent and seeing the truth in it all, I first had to get over the initial feeling of shock that I first felt, then I was so thankful to have been taught thisv invaluable lesson. It is true in many experiences had by myself and others that only a mother posses the superior eyesight to find iems that have simply vanished, even if they are literally staring the seeker square in their face. The hunt has now become a bit more desperate, and I know it's about to happen. Then, here it came, "Mom. I can't find my wire to plug these in. I lost sound. Have you seen it?" Me, "Top desk drawer." Pink headphones, "No, they're not. I looked there." Me, "If I get up and find them in there, you're gonna do dishes by hand for the next three nights" (Ugh! I know someone somewhere has a whole opinion or speech about this mess hahaha) "You're not going to find them mom. I looked in there twice! You can look, but they are not there." I had a little pep in my step as I walked to her desk because I knew who wasn't doin the dishes. Her counter offer was for me to do her laundry for the week. Easy peasy! I don't mind the laundry. Shhhhh don't be a snitch. So, an agreement was made, a handshake sealed the deal. The top drawer was opened, wire successfully found. BAM! BOOM! BANG! Crisis averted. Headphones plugged in. No sound coming from headphone ears, it is still coming through the laptop speakers. A few minutes have lapsed from the beginning of this debacle at this point, so I take on the task of headphone gate 2021 at this time since my job can be done at 1 a.m. if push comes to shove so long as it gets done. My love bug Miss Pink headphones on the other hand has a window. Back to my workspace I go. Headphones get hooked up to my set up. Zero. Zilch. Nada. All connections are checked for proper connection. All connections are good. Settings on my system are checked. They are good to go. Next stop; customer support. Walked through the whole gambit. Nothing works. These headphones have been kept in pristine condition. No drops, no exposure to extreme heat or cold, no water damage, always kept in the case when not in use.), and just like that, it's like they've been travelin on the road too long, and the old ones were dead and gone (did they get an upgrade?) And it was time to find their way back home (I sure hope they let me swap these ones out) because these ones are 100% dead and gone, dead and gone <wink wink> #Some of you will get it, and if you don't, that's ok. It made me snort laugh. Everything was working fine and dandy. Sweet as candy. Right as rain one minute, then in a split second just like the ends of my hair that are screaming for a trim, the sound 100% vanished like the ever elusive ponytail holder, a bobby pin (you ladies know what I'm talking about *if you wanna talk trash about the portion of this review where I said things don't get lost in your own house. There are very few exceptions, and again the ladies know, and can possible add* clearing throat). Miss pink headphones has owned these for approximately 14 months. We purchased the extra warranty. I have am waiting for them to reply. purchased. Zero reason. Just kaput. Then the sound just VANISHED into tiny ... show more

There is a love/hate relationship with anything in life. These headphones in particular have been on the fairer side. They are a nice fit for both mine and mother's head. The base is great, especially after you adjust your android to "jazz" in the settings. The buttons are at least compatible with Spotify on galaxy. Still after a month I am discovering different functions. I can't find anything it isn't compatible with. I often doze off after hours of use and still there are connected and ready in the morning when I wake up, often with more than half battery. So the charge time is great. They will conect more than one devise at a time. So two phones, tv and game platform, ect.. Connectivity is smooth and simple. They're very comfortable. I can lay down and doze off with them. Folding them up feels good and sturdy. The provided case is nice and does a good job storing all the headphone components plus a couple small items like a wallet or phone. Comes with a clip to hook to a bag, belt, ect.. The supplied aux cord is decently long. Cons? Old charging platform. Uses USB-B and everything I have is USB-C. Noise cancelation is left desired. My mother can hear them from across the room and I can sadly hear here when she complains. That being said, loudness can be an issue. Too loud for those around you to hear it and not loud enough for those wearing it. That being said these have been great to me. For the price they are top notch. Comparable to cheaper Turtle Beaches. So build 5/5 Bass 4/5 noise cancelation 2/5 Connectivity 4/5 Compatibility 5/5 All determined in the first month of use So quality 4/5 ... show more

My daughter loves these , however today she went to use them and they cracked Update: the company reached out to me to send a replacement, however my silliness caught a warrant on top of the given warranty. I’m starting not to trust Amazon at all anymore, I just think they got too big which is causing major problems. Back to these headphones: 1. Great sound 2. Amazing noise cancellation “when talking to my daughter she could not hear me talking to her.” 3. She wore these daily so obviously very comfortable, 4. Bluetooth connection instantly and very easy. 5. Quality of high dollar headphones , and top notch customer service!! 6. I will let you know how long it takes for company to replace after I emailed them May 2nd. 7 the fact my daughter wore these for exercising and day use for listening to music could be why they cracked or just maybe she tried to open them to put back in a bad spot or who the heck t knows, accidents happen daily with teenagers, but I do highly recommend these headphones for they won’t disappoint Let’s hope I get my new pair before we go back to the east coast next week.. UPDATE:: 1. The company had me send my shipping address on the 4th of May and responded it would take a couple of day so I emailed them back on May 6th and asked for an updated and on the May 7th they still had not shipped them and told me if I needed to get them faster to order through Amazon and I would get a refund, so why on earth would I put more money on my credit card when there covered for 24 months. I told them they ere nuts ,so obviously they don’t honor their warranty for this product and don’t appreciate a company that does not stand by their warranty.
