The overall rating I’m giving these is specifically indexed to their price. As in, given how cheap these are, they are four stars. If these were more expensive, their rating would be much much lower. Pros: — Battery life is pretty decent. I’ve used mine a lot and haven’t had to charge them yet. — Look attractive. — Seem to have *some* extremely minimal noise cancellation, which is honestly more than I expected. — Very comfortable. They’ve never made my ears ache or feel tired, and fit well. Cons: — Noise cancellation is *extremely* minimal. — Sound quality is OK. It has an almost tinny quality to it. — These feel extremely cheap and flimsy. They are definitely not high-quality headphones. Overall: I purchased these headphones so that I could listen to podcasts while working out and on my way to school. For that purpose, they’re pretty decent - especially given the price. Update: after 32 days, it wouldn't pair with my phone anymore. Called Amazon support through headphone listed support, they walked me through connecting, it wouldn't. Offered replacement, I accepted, but their system wouldn't allow it, so they had to refund refund money. It's a shame! I had bought a less expensive pair of headphones & they lasted 6 month before something started rattling in one ear of the headphone & my inspection showed no way to fix. So I went on a hunt for a not-expensive headphone but better made. When I saw this offered a 2 year Assurance policy, I bought the headphones & the policy. For 2 years, I can enjoy worry free headphones. If I run into any problems setting it up or whatever, I'll add to this review. UPDATE: Still love them. Got them connected to phone easily. But even when my computer says they are Blue Tooth connected, the sound comes through the computer. Called the headphones support & THE PHONE WAS ANSWERED ON 2ND RING! As I suspected, he said it's a computer setting problem (I've had problem with computer Bluetooth before). I'll call my Dell support. ... show more

I bought these last September and loved them until the right side faded into silence. Their customer service sucks so thank God I got insurance for them. Save for a decent pair if you can. ***UPDATE*** They responded to my message and are sending me a new pair. These new air work even better than the first. ***UPDATE*** The new pair stopped working. For the price its a good product (looks fragile but as I say, for the price you know what to expect, so you have to handle with care) but some flaws for me: Bought it to have another option to pair to my fire-tv whenever I want to use it without bothering someone else but to my surprise there is no way to connect it to the fire-tv stick bluetooth (have already checked it in 2 devices without luck, my old philips headphones has no issues at all) The protection cover for the charging port and audio out port doesn't fit "strong" so it easy pops out and had to re-attache it (personally I think there's no point for this cover since the headphones are not water proof) Volume control, you have to adjust on the device connected, can't be adjusted on the headphones (I tried on a smartphone and on a laptop with no luck, volume can only be adjusted on the devices), no noise cancellation on this product. Summary: Bluetooth connection: mostly good (but not working with fire-tv stick) Protection cover for ports a little loose No volume control (had to be in devices) Sound pretty decent Not over the ear (unless you have small ears) ... show more

We bought these almost two years ago. They do a great job! About a month ago the headband snapped and we reached out to the company about warranty info. They replaced the headphones without question and the new ones are just as great! Thank you!!

i was hesitant when first getting these yet they work better than my $100 Sony headphones. this particular headphone charge lasts forever, they get extremely loud on a low volume & no problems with bluetooth calls.
