I love the feel of these on my hands. I got the large, as 6' adult with somewhat longer slender fingers this size fits pretty well. When I'm working out and doing my dance conditioning, I can definitely feel the burn a little bit better with these on, and in a different way than wrist weights provide. These are really nice gloves the design and the weight distribution is 10/10 it is also comfortable. The one and only downside is that it may run slightly small like it did for me I went with a medium because of what it had said but I probably should have went with a large I will probably still use these and would suggest them for some weighted gloves 9/10. ... show more

    • Snug fit unlike other hand weights that wobble.
Maybe some padding on inside of gloves to cover knuckles for some lite punching bag workout. Otherwise great for lifting weights and shadow boxing and double end bag workout.

I was a big fan of P90X weighted gloves until recently when they final broke open and then I had to seek a replacement. I think last year I bought POWERHANDZ the full glove not the cutoff fingers. They where to small and I had to give them away. I bought these POWERHANDZ and they fit just right and where weighted and I was very excited to use them. I used them three times and the pinky finger on the right hand broke open. I loved they way they looked and they fit well. ... show more

Easy to slip on and off. Adjustment of tightness using the velcro wrist strap can be done single-handedly. The extra added weight on the gloves made my workouts more effective - weather lifting weights or walking.
