Just to begin. The product is perfect: pretty inexpensive, very powerful, and is rechargeable (translation: does not need batteries). And the battery lasts a long time too. I have used it pretty frequently (like 5 times a week for a full month), and I have yet to charge it up. So, why did I give it a 4-star instead of 5-star review? Well... * The attachments are incredibly hard to remove. I fear I may break it while switching the whisk attachment. You also have to push from the attachments head, which I assume will damage the attachment itself eventually. * It is too powerful, and has little variance between speeds. It has 3 speeds, however, just the slowest speed is enough to overspill a regular mug (e.g.: for hot chocolate) at half capacity. As it loses battery the speed decreases, so, for now, it is far more manageable. * The 3 speeds are quite unnecessary. I was apprehensive to buy this product precisely because I saw no need for different speeds. And I still don't see the need for it. It just makes turning it off more tedious: either click the button until it turns off (so, 3 times if you are in the slowest speed) or hold the button down until it turns off (I discovered this accidentally heh, though I am almost sure the manual mentions it, however I threw it away by accident and forgot to fullyread it, oops!). * The stand only works with the frother attachment, because the whisk attachments make it too big for it. The stand is also very unstable. ... show more

This produce is definitely your bang for your buck. It has power and well made. Unfortunately, if you want to use it just to mix your coffee or any regular drink then this isn't for you. It only has one speed and if you hold it down you will make a mess, and the stem is only 3 1/2 inches long so it's difficult to mix in anything taller. I'm actually writing this review the day after mine quit working. It made it from July 2023-Feb 2025. I use it every day, but just for my morning beverage - not exactly heavy use. I did like it while it was working. It had a good amount of power with new batteries. It slows down as the batteries wear down. I appreciate all the color choices, but don't like that it doesn't come with a stand. I used a stand from a frother I had before. Self standing isn't a perk to me - I don't want the frothing attachment sitting on the counter and I don't like the version that you stand on the handle as any liquid still on the frother will run down the unit.
