We remodeled our family room and used these lights to replace the old fluorescent fixtures we had. They are actually very bright. With our 8ft ceiling height, I placed them 6ft apart and there is more than enough light. I put them on a dimmer and they really work great! I bought 2 boxes of these and the first box the lights were very dim and flickered a lot, like they wanted to be brighter but could not come on all the way and I did return that one but the other box I got I have not had any issues with them so far. They are bright, seems pretty easy to install. I would give them 5 stars but considering I got 1 bad box and 1 good box, it makes me wonder how long will they last. ... show more

The product is a great product! It works great! I had an issue with the 1st gen of these lights. I didn’t see the issue until after the 30 days for my return policy because I wasn’t at that phase in my house yet to install. Their newest gen lights had a fix for the problem. I had already bought 100 lights and it was past my 30 days and Amazon could not help me. I bought 100 more of the newer gen lights that fixed the issue because I thought I had no choice. I reached out to the manufacture about my old order and they reimbursed me for the whole old order (they did not have to do this because I was past the 30 days) they were very helpful and wanted to make sure I had a good solution. They have been very helpful in the whole process. I have my whole house totally installed with these lights and I’m about turn off and on and change each light individually with Alexa! Great Customer Service can always make a Great Customer Experience!! ... show more

If your are placing the lights near each other, you might want to know that you will control all of them together. But if you control from a certain distance, you might not control 1 or 2 of them at the far end. But it is not a problem for us at all and we love the tones of the lights!
