The duramax has 200,000 miles on it. We had the fuel injectors replaced at about 95,000 miles and thought we would have to do that again. Last time it cost about $4,000 to replace the injectors, so after some research, we tried the diesel kleen. It's only been a few days, and have already noticed a big reduction in exhaust smoke, and the engine seems smoother at idle. Not sure if it's helping in fuel millage or not, but we have no complaints so far. Highly recommend . ... show more

Received the bottle and at least 8-10oz spilled during shipping. The fluid was luckily captured by the plastic bag inside the box. Used what I could. 3 stars for leakage.

We tow a 15,000 pound 5th-wheel trailer with a Ram 2500 diesel. In similar driving conditions, we averaged 10.2 mpg before using this additive, and 12.2 mpg after adding it. With over 6,000 miles of use, I feel confident that there's a worthy mpg improvement.
