My chair arrived today in 2 boxes as expected. It took about 30 minutes to put it together. The plugs in the back panel can be hard to find, so be sure to pull them. I couldn't find 2 of them at first. Now that it's set up and working, my first thought is this chair is so dang comfortable... More than expected. Love that it rocks, reclines and swivels. It is a bit lower to the ground than expected... But I'm short. The foot bar raises with the button on the side, but you can only recline with the foot rest up. Hmmm, ok.. weird. I'm not sure why they designed this to use 2 plugs, but one is for the recliner part and the other is for the remote to control heat and massage. It's 95 degrees so I am not testing the heat the massage is pretty weak, more of a vibration and you can change the pulse. It didn't exactly line up well, so once I moved over a bit the massage was stronger... But only one side massages my back. I'm not really interested in the massage, but it would be nice if it actually massaged instead of vibrating. I like they the cushions zip off and on so u can wash if needed. I purchased two of these recliners over the holidays for a seating area in front of our fireplace. My son and I put them together (I read instructions and he did the work). They went together pretty easily, however, we did get confused about the way the power cords connected together while we were reading the instructions. The instructions were correct, but you definitely need to look carefully at the pictures. I've had visitors who sit in these chairs and fall asleep within just minutes, they are so cozy! Since I picked white, I decided to keep a fuzzy throw blanket over the back of each to keep them from getting dirty, but so far they have stayed pretty clean even in the areas not covered. I am a 5'9" slightly plump female, and I find the recliners to be roomy and comfortable, with excellent reclining positions, and love that I can swivel to face the fireplace, or to look out the window. My husband and son are 6'1" around 190lbs and they find the seats very comfortable as well. I am extremely pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend them. ... show more

Its a decent chair. It is not as soft as I hoped but its still comfortable. I like not having arm rests as they make me feel restrained so I admire the open concept of this chair. The motion is smooth, the remote and all tech works. However I must say the heat is weak and the massage is simply vibration. The fabric is a soft canvas fabric. It is very simple to clean so its not too much trouble if you’re careful. I love this chair all and all. Thank you to my mom for gifting it to me, love you 🥰 ... show more

It was a waste of my money. I purchased the massage chair because I needed it. However, the remote does not work, and the footrest has a manufacturing defect.

It’s the best soft recliner that I have owned. Good for back problems. I actually ordered one other that looked comfortable but it wasn’t so I ordered this and it’s perfect. No complaints it’s a great chair for a woman of 5.7”. That’s hard to find btw and believe me I went to several furniture stores and this is the best.
