When in the reclined position for watching tv there is absolutely no head and neck support. I believe this chair is made for people who are between 5 feet and 5 feet 6 inches tall. I can’t imagine trying to repack this chair in two boxes and return to Amazon. Guess I’m stuck with it. Buyer Beware! I did like the massage and heating part but the chair was made poorly when trying to put it together the hinges that the arm slides into were bent so it doesn't stay in the hinges correctly so that was a bummer

Very disappointed. To me the product description was misleading and what really shocked me was the cost to ship it back , it cost 2/3rds of the cost of the chair to ship it back it would have been nice if there was a warning of potential cost to ship it back.
