This is really a fun drone. I highly recommend it for beginners like me. But what really set Potensic to outstanding is their Customer Servce Team. I had a couple of interactions with them and both were terrific! The 1st time was before I bought it asking about 4G/5G - they got back to me really fast and explained it so I understood it. 👌 So I ordered it - however, the particulate one I got had a mechanical problem. So I called Amazon and the Rep was very friendly and quickly got me in touch with Potensic. The Potensic Team is really great! They responded to me rapidly, professionally, and it was evident they were concerned and wanted to make it right for me. Well, they did - immediately! It was a good experience. This was a pretty fun drone. However, in even the slightest wind, say goodbye to it. The controls are less responsive when the drone gets to about 30 feet or so. I nearly lost it a few times but was able to bring it down in time. The video is, eh, ok. I’m returning it because you can’t control it at its peak altitude. App is very buggy. After 2 hours of trying to get a connection the drone connected to Wi-Fi and then upon the lift off the wind carried it away. Very cheaply made.

Purchased as a gift to be opened at birthday. This craft does not work. Followed all directions after questioning. Nothing. Return window has closed so I’m out of refund window . Save your money.
