The media could not be loaded. I was a bit nervous even with the consistent good reviews. But I bit the bullet and boy am I glad I did. It plugs in beautifully and it works great on my 55 inch 4K Sony TV. The picture looks good and doesn't glitch at all. The audio is crisp with no glitches either! Seems to work good but the HDMI cord is very short. Trying to use in my class as a reward, and there is only one HDMI hook up into the wall. I would have to sit it in the chalkboard (or in the floor) in order for it to reach. Emailed to see if there is a longer cord or to see if I can use any HDMI cord with it with no response from company. ... show more

We dug out our Wii for our granddaughter to help get her off some other tablet apps. We had all the games and wires except this! We were panicked because she was already so excited. My husband looked up what he needed and it brought him to Amazon here for this item. I looked through a few of them and chose the one that looked the best and would get here the quickest. Works really good. Some apps may need their video settings tweaked. But other than that I am super happy with my purchase. Mad crisp quality. Glad I was able to free up another outlet cause this doesn't need external power. That is a definite extra plus. Thanks.

For my old Wii unit that my grandkids love, I tried the component cord converter that the reviews said worked great... NO DEAL. It did not even recognize a device connected to the TV. I returned that and ordered this HDMI adapter everyone recommended, and BOOM, it works like a champ. So, just like all of the other reviews tell you, skip all the others and just buy this one. Get a proper length HDMI cable if you don't have one. My 10' cable was bad, so I ordered an Amazon Basic 10' cable 3 pack to have 2 extras at a good price. Just do it! ... show more
