Been on the lookout for a portable home sauna that had red light therapy integrated into it so this was perfect. It was very easy to set up, and it works just as advertised. The temperature and maximum heat level was the right amount, experience is very similar to what you would get at your local gym.     • Great sauna!
The sauna is larger than expected and very easy to put together. It really produces a lot of steam. I did not like the chair provided so I bought a plastic bar stool which works very well. The red therapy light is very powerful and works great as well. Great to destress.

    • Steamer doesn’t work well
The steamer worked for the first two weeks of use very well. It was consistent and easy to operate. Starting in the third week the steamer wouldn’t stay hot long enough to generate the heat necessary to heat the sauna. It will fire up for about 10 seconds every minute. The sauna is barely over 100 degrees after 30 minutes of being on. I tried to get some customer support on this and was unable to get any help. ... show more

    • Heating Unit caught fire inside plastics.....
I've used about 6 times..... absolutely Love it. I was heating it up tonight..... and after about 3 mins..... I smelled fire..... looked and inside the plastic of the machine was a fire. Nothing was close to it or anything. Very weird. I didn't spill water on it or around it or anything like that. I would like to solve without being posted but there was no other way to contact that I could Find. If I could get a replacement, I'd be happy to try not to die again. Luckily I do it with my roommate present, or it could of gotten way out of hand while I was in it possibly. ... show more

This Portable Steam Sauna with red light therapy is a convenient way to enjoy a personal spa experience at home, though it does come with a bit of a learning curve. Setting it up took me around 35 minutes the first time, as I had to figure out which parts fit together. It’s also somewhat bulky, so I needed to find a dedicated spot for it since I wouldn’t want to assemble and disassemble it each time. Once set up, the sauna heats up quickly and delivers a comfortable, effective steam session. It does get quite hot, so I recommend starting on the lowest heat setting to see how you feel and then gradually increasing to your comfort level. -00 stars!!! 🛑🛑This is one of the absolute worst products I have ever bought, I received it then on the very first day the damn thing caught fire. Mind you it is not near anything that was allowed to catch fire it was on hardwood floor plenty of space around it it it only been on for maybe 5 to 10 minutes and the whole thing just blew up underneath the steamer so dangerous. This is absolutely 100% not worth the money even if it was only a $1 I do not know who created this product and is saying that it has been checked over and has passed inspection but they are absolutely lying because there’s no way that this is past inspection and it caught fire the very first use it is completely an utterly disappointing as.
