This was well packaged, and the assembly was fairly easy, though figuring out the cover took a minute. The finished measurements are 35" width x 36.5" depth x 75.5" high. The reason I say this is that I did not realize just how big this thing is, and assembled it in a room that I did not intend for it to stay in, and now I will have to try to disassemble it to put it in the room where I want it. I would suggest that you wear the gloves that they provide because I think the poles are fiber glass, and I was not aware of that, and got some in my fingers while assembling. Once assembled, all I have to do is fill the metal bowl inside the white machine, place the lid on it, then place the tank outside of the sauna tent. Place the small round plastic container inside, and run the rubber tubing through the side port and then attach the tubing to the white tank. On the lid there is a nozzle the tubing goes onto. The cord to the white machine is really short, so this tent needs to be close to a wall outlet. Then it's just a matter of plugging it in and following the directions to set it to the temp and time I want. I have not been able to test the tent yet as it says in the manual to not use this in cold environments, and the room it is in currently is the coldest room in the house. Once I am able to move it to the room where it will stay, it will be the perfect place as it is the hottest room in the house. All of the parts arrived in perfect condition, including the chair they send with the tent. It even comes with a thermometer that you hang inside the tent and a remote that you can adjust your settings from inside the tent. This was my first experience using a steam sauna. It is very easy to put together. The poles are much thicker and more durable than I was expecting. It goes together similar to a tent. Once you have it set up you fill the steamer with water. It takes anywhere from 3-10 minutes to really start steaming. Just depends on how much water you fill it with. Once it starts steaming it takes a few minutes to get the pod full of steam and up to a good temperature. I was able to maintain around 90% humidity at 110 degrees for the 15 min I sat inside of it. I was really impressed with how well it retained the heat and steam. There was little to no leakage at the seams. Overall this is a great option for a steam sauna at home. I also want to note the first package I received was missing some parts. The seller reached out quickly and sent a new kit. They were great to work with and are really focused on customer satisfaction. I would definitely buy from this seller again! ... show more
