It took me a long time to unbox this Sauna only because I didn’t know what to expect and I was procrastinating over the daunting task of setting it up. However much to my surprise, once I did unbox it, I was able to set it up very easily and very quickly. Could not have taken longer than 15 min to get get ready for use. I like that this is a corner unit rather than just a rectangle, so it has a little extra space inside to move around. I’m not using the camp chair that it came with, instead a wooden/teak stool does just fine. I plan to get a bench type stool so I can sit in a more comfortable position with my legs up on the stool. My only complaint with it is that unfortunately there is not enough room to lie down inside the enclosure, just enough to sit or stand. ... show more

    • Easy To Setup
It was easy to set up and it only took a few minutes. The only thing was where to put it. In the end we put it in the corner in the bathroom and placed the scale and hamper inside it when not in use. That way the space wasn't wasted.

    • I guess it's good for the body?
I'm not a person who likes warmth. My thermostat lives between 65 and 68. BUT I've been told that a sauna helps you get rid of toxins and is good for your skin. This was super easy to set up, and it seems very sturdy. Sturdier than I'd imagined. The seat is tiny though? I'm 160 lb, and it's small for me. Apart from that, this sauna is great! It steams up and works as designed, really well. The little window gets too steamed-up to see out of, but if anything, that only means that it's working too well, I guess. I love it, for what it does; I just don't think saunas are for me, because the whole time I'm in there, I'm praying to take a bath in ice water. Good stuff though! ... show more

This is great for what it is. It's surprisingly spacious inside- there's enough room to sit or stand and move around if you want to. The chair is tiny, but sturdy enough I guess.
