I’ve always wanted a handy espresso machine. This one is a good investment. The coffee came out has crema and good taste for an americano. Really convenient to wash for only the coffee pod part. We bought this for hiking during winter days. The coffee maker comes with several different setups, and can be used for either powder or capsule. It can also heat up cold water quickly. The size also fit well in the cup holder of our car. Overall, it’s worth buying for winter activities.

It arrived within one day after I ordered. It is compact like a travel mug and come with multiple adapters to be use with grind coffee, k cup and nepresso pod. I tried with nepresso pod with hot water so I don’t need to wait for heating up the water. The expresso came out was very good. Plan to try grind coffee later. I will bring it to work. The only thing is the print on the manual is so tiny that I barely am able to read the instruction. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I would say this is a great item using for camping. Very easy to make a small cup of coffee (the cap itself is the cup), so not easily get coffee overdosed. Although the manual does not provide very clear instruction on how to use the different filters, which at first made me a little crazy, but, it is actually very easy to figure that out even if you have not read it at all. The three models: powder, small capsule and big one. It also makes coffee very fast, last than one minute. For me, it is great for camping, but I am also thinking it could great if I could use it when I was in school several years ago, I can make my own coffee in the lib, that will save me thousands dollars. It comes with several different attachments that allow you to make various kinds of espresso and it's compact enough to keep on your desk or take on a trip. The only issues I have experienced with it are: 1) It takes a long time to heat the water in the reservoir. Long enough that on more than one occassion I just boiled the water in my tea kettle to pass through it. 2) I have a bunch of nespresso refills and a broken nespresso machine, so I thought this would be a good way to use up those refills (and they are good!), Anyway, the adapter set for nespresso refills is hard to use. You have to align 2 notches and press it together firmly and then thread the adapter onto the bottom of the bivisty. You have to twist it on VERY tight, otherwise the nespresso pod isn't punctured properly and all it does is builds pressure and bypass water. Even if you do get it to dispense the nespresso product properly, once it has finished and is HOT it becomes difficult to unscrew if you are making another serving. I think the heat is making parts tighten up due to expansion. 3) If you are using it to also heat the water it appears you can only make ~3-4 servings before needing to recharge the unit. I am making my way through my nespresso refill supply though, and the ground espresso beans work well. Unit is easy to clean up, once you get it apart. ... show more
