The media could not be loaded. I absolutely LOVE this diffuser. This video was taken when I first received the order. The glass is beautiful and the colors are vibrant. It works very well in making the room smell nice. What's more is the incredible customer service I received. A little over a year after purchasing this diffuser, the light quit working. I emailed Porseme to see if it could be fixed and they got back to me right away with a suggestion of how to possibly fix it. When it still didn't work, they sent me a brand new one, even though I was a few months beyond the 12 month warranty. I am so impressed at how quick and easy the customer service was to deal with, and how generous they were. This company gets a10 out of 10!!!! ... show more

I bought this for myself, this was packaged well, nice size, just add water, add a few drops of essential oil, choose how many hours, then I have it set to change color, I’m obsessed with it, a good feature is that it does turns off once you run out of water, don’t need to worry about fire hazard. Beautiful and works well. The opening at the top is much wider than it seems in the picture, which lessens how graceful it looks a bit, but it’s a good price for such a visually interesting piece. Light up quality is hypnotic, diffuser runs all day.
