This the most BEAUTIFUL item I’ve ever purchased. It’s so simple, but just stunning in person. I looked at so many kinds and was considering a wood, natural look. So glad I chose this. The shape of the glass is so elegant and mystical—I feel like a genie is going to emerge at any second. The colors are just perfect for any mood and they blend together as they cycle through, or you can choose your favorite. You will still want to keep the light on if you are not running the diffuser! I looked at a lot of diffusers, but this one looked so pretty. So I bought it on Prime Day, and I'm very glad I did. It is so pretty to watch it cycle through the different colors. Initially I thought I'd pick my favorite color, but I've found I don't have a favorite. I like them all. The diffuser seems to work well. I don't smell the essential oils as well as I'd like, but with allergy season, I have a hard time smelling anything anyway. This would make a lovely gift. ... show more

Aroma diffusers are the “thing” right now. The seemingly simple device is a lot more than what meets the eye. They do contain complex electronics. I have had a # of diffusers and they all worked to varying degrees. I wanted to get away from any external plastic cases because the oils quickly make an unsightly mess of the exterior (no matter how careful you are). I opted for this diffuser because of the art glass cover. Glass is not for everyone because it is breakable (I know because I broke one accidentally). This diffuser worked great until it didn’t. The problem it developed was how long it would diffuse. The auto setting of 5+ hours worked on first use but the second use it ran for 12+ hours with a diminished output. Instead of returning it I reached to the seller. I cannot say enough about what a pleasant experience it was. They responded within 24 hours and I worked with them to try to resolve the problem (which turned out to be intermittent). After a week of trying to resolve the problem they replaced the defective unit. The new unit is working exactly as documented. The customer service was absolutely 5 star and was handled without waiting on hold (done completely via email). Intermittent electronic problems are not picked up by anyones quality control. If you are looking for a very nice diffuser that will be a conversation piece and make your home smell delightful this is the one to buy. Their customer service is superb. ... show more

Works great, looks good. I got the black and white swirled version. It’s very pretty on its own with no lights on. The only con is it’s capacity. It doesn’t hold much water compared to my other diffusers. I tried to overfill it like my others and it refused to work. So I removed water down to the fill line and it worked fine. The shape must make it much more finicky when it comes to fill levels. ... show more

This looks even better in person! It’s easy to use, the cord is a decent length, and it’s pretty sturdy. I do wish the reservoir was a bit larger but it’s still does well. I even ordered one as a gift as soon as I got mine!
