I use this almost everyday, I have two rather large dogs and I am a SENIOR senior citizen (82) and I have an older service dog and a "junior" dog who is "in training"!! I can't always take them out to "do their business" and so they have a large "pee pad" with cotton rugs under the disposable pads to catch a little miss or two. These I wash every day or two and dry in the dryer! After using this product for 2 or 3 months adding it to the "wash" cycle, I decided I would put it in the "prewash" cycle and then run the wash cycle with detergent for the cleaning process, dry as usual, I noticed that the rugs "smelled good" and having no doggy smell. Just fresh and clean!! The pooph "took out" the urine smell in the pre wash and it didn't come back during the regular"wash" cycle with detergent or the dryer, I have been using this procedure for abut a month now and it works! ... show more

I am not using this as a laundry additive but as an additive to may carpet cleaning. I am adding 5oz of the product to my carpet cleaner along with the shampoo and it seems to be doing a great job. I may need to take it up to 6 oz but i am very pleased with it. My caroet is 34 years old and needs replacing but i have seen no change in carpet color. ... show more

Although proof did work, it took me three times washing the items to get the smell out and when I use the spray stuff, the odor seems to return. They make it sound in the commercials that You can get rid of skunk smell. I’m telling you it couldn’t get rid of the dog stink that my dog puked, so I really doubt it could take care of skunk smell. ... show more

I was skeptical that this product would work but it does exactly as advertised! My two cats upchuck an occasional hairball and sometimes an entire meal and Pooph is the only product that removes ALL the odor and stain.

this is amazing, one of my son's cats urinated on a sweater and i thought he would have to throw it out, but i bought this additive and to my amazement it actually worked in ONE wash. I have never been successful in getting cat urine out of any fabric let alone a sweater. I washed the sweater once in cold water as i was waiting for my delivery, when the product came i washed it with 2 cup ( cup provided) just because i had to wait to to get the product. this really works and i definitely recommend it.
