These are really fun and my daughter loves swimming through them. They really do stay up and don’t sync down at all. My only complaints about them is that the hoops warp a little bit they don’t stay perfectly in a circle But it doesn’t take away from her.

I was excited to get these as my granddaugter loves to swim underwater and play games. This are less than rigid and don't hold their shape well. They are okay and she tries to use them as hulahoop sometimes. I wasn't overly impressed
