We just ordered our Flag Buddy a couple weeks ago. The first time out with our new favorite product my sister in law unscrewed the flag retention screw a little too far and it fell into the lake. When we got home I sent off an email to the seller asking if it was possible to purchase another screw, not only did he send me some extra screws - he didn’t charge me a dime. Seriously, it is a GREAT product, we are able to have it out when our kids are swimming in the coves and we don’t have to worry about the wind taking off with the flag. It also makes it super easy to be the flagger when they are on the tube. But, their customer service really makes it!! They didn’t have to send me extra screws for free since it was totally user error but they did and for that, I will always be promoting them!! ... show more

    • Adjustable flag holder.
Design idea is OK, but, the flag holder won't stay vertical at any boat speed. Only good if you are sitting still on the lake. I used bungy cord wrapped around the railing to keep flag vertical.

    • Game Changer
If you have ever had to hold a flag over your head while a tuber was down, buy this. It works really well and makes things super easy. I mount mine on the rail next to my captain's chair and I can just reach over and flip it up without worrying about someone else on the boat keeping it up.     • Attaches securely to boat rail
This item is solid and will never become detached unless I remove it. The flag can be easily rotated to a downward or neutral position and raised when we are towing tubers. We are now compliant with boating regulations and a measure of safety has been added for our swimmers in the water.

    • Great idea to avoid digging for the flag all the time
Great to have the flag at your beckon call. Wish it didn't stick out quite as far to avoid hitting yourself but we do use and appreciate the product. Normally we're digging for the flag or trying to make the suction cup stick, this gets rid of those problems.

    • Great for our pontoon to attach to bimini
I was looking for something adjustable I could easily attach to our bimini top. I really like that it's can be moved to up position or down, and it floats in case the flag somehow land in the water.
