243 Ranger Reata I put the cover on the boat from on top. I then went down to hook up the straps and found they do not reach. I had to tie 2 together to make them long enough. The metal buckles are a great idea however, the adjuster is plastic and not sure it will hold up. The elastic cord really doesn't help when your trying to put the cover on. The cover doesn't reach to under the decking like it shows in the picture. The cover is heavy, It seems to be made well just not for my boat. I will keep it and try for the 30 days. ... show more

This product came in and I was hoping it would be high quality and it definitely was. The straps are what failed on my cover I had before but thankfully this one is made of metal. This cover fit our pontoon boat very well and I love that it has adjustable straps to keep it tight. We get a lot of high winds in this area and I feel like these straps are going to hold the cover on securely. The material of the cover is heavy duty. It looks like it will hold up well without rips or tears. Putting it over the boat was easy and I was able to do it by myself. Looking forward to years of protection for my boat. ... show more

This cover seems like very good quality upon first installation. It was as advertised. The elastic around the bottom and the straps with hooks are very convenient. I cannot speak to durability or anything yet since I just installed it.

I have had several of these Trailerable Boat Covers and I have to say this one is probably the best one yet. I honestly like everything about it. It has a lot of the same features as other boat covers out there, but it also has some other features that you do not find as often. It has the double stitch and elastic hem. It is 900D which is a decent thickness on the material. What really sets it apart for me is the angled vent. Other boat covers have vents to keep good air flow, but I like the fact that this one is angled. I also really like the quality of the metal hardware on them. Usually, the buckles or snaps are plastic or if they are metal, they are a very poor quality that rust pretty quickly. These do not seem to be poor quality metal. ... show more
