I have had this tank, 7.5 gal for less than a month. The filter is worthless, it stopped working, and I had to replace it. It literally just stopped. But that is for best, because it did not work very well to start with. The tank itself is nice, Its glass, and sturdy. It is a good size. But it has a rim, so I had to buy an internal filter, to replace the one that came with the tank. The filter is terrible, it doesn't do anything to help filter your tank, but its shelf life is short. The light in the lid is too bright, they have seven colors to choose from, but for the sake of my fish, I dimmed them with stickers. It's too expensive of a tank when you have to replace and change things to make it work and keep it safe for your fish. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. i love love LOVE this aquarium! it is worth every dollar i’ve spent on it. the only issue i have with it is that i wish the entire top popped off. it makes it difficult to clean, but if you have those magnetic sponges, you’ll be okay:)

The material is thick plastic, not glass, the empty tank is not heavy and can be picked up easily. The size is appropriate, perfect for my living room. The price is amazing, the tank comes with an led light strip, filter cotton and an air pump, the only thing I need to do is get the fish ready. I do like the tank size and glass thickness and clarity. Other than that, I have had to redo the whole thing. Probably should have sent it back. The built in heater kept my betta tank at 72 degrees. Way to cool. The filter was a good idea, but was flimsy and not efficient. Lights were just ok. I have replaced the filter, heater, lights, and lid. Now it’s bright and clear. I love it.
