The item description does not say you are required to have something that will pull a vacuum for the device to stick to the body part. They should sell a cheap device with it. I was aware this cheap do it yourself item for pulling out dents was limited since if the dent is small and the suction device didn’t fit around the dent or there were items like nearby trim items would prevent the item to pull a vacuum. But there were zero instructions and the video provided was crude and unhelpful and didn’t show clearly a successful usage. Amazon, drop this item. ... show more

Generates good section, the hammer is decent weight to put a fair amount of force on the car. I had a larger dent, see above, and this tool made it into a much smaller dent. Dent. Not perfect, there is an oblong dent next to the wheel well that pops back in when one side is pulled out. I think I'm going to get one of those handheld section devices to hold one side steady while I pull on the other with this tool. This is supposed to be a pneumatic dent puller. It's homemade. It's missing or lacking any kind of rubber o-rings for making sure the vacuum holds. It requires a strong pneumatic pump. The rubber part is not flexible or rubbery at all. It can damage the paint. Stay away from this

The item arrived in a timely manner but appeared as if it was used at a shop or somewhere, cleaned crudely and sent. The rubber cup appears to be worn and all of the metal components have signs of rust/usage or poor storage. Lastly there are no directions so I had to video call the person i got it for and walk them through it. Overall terrible. ... show more
