First of all it was a very nice packaging. Very clean and pretty design which I know no one cares about because let's be serious, it's a vibrator, but I feel like that is still a nice reassurance this is a nice toy for some reason, adds a bit of finesse to it (ik, it's a vibrator, no one cares, but I DOOOO). Now for the real amazing part of it, it's amazing settings. Look, my personal favorites are numbers 6 and 9, yes fr, it's ironic. But it's so amazing. It suits everyone's personal tastes, and the power is AMAZING. I will say that the battery lasts a bit shorter in comparison to some toys I've tried, but not by much. It's also pretty quiet, like I did a little test to see if I could hear it without doing anything with it at all other than it vibrating outside my room, and shit was silent. Definitely a hit for phone sex too, anytime a vibrator is used in phone time, it feels nice, but this one is perfectly sized and really nice. This has helped me get the job done every time and this was also the very first toy i’ve ever had. There are so many vibration settings to pick from, and is the best toy for beginners. The color and design is very aesthetically pleasing. And the material is SO SOFT!! It does the job and for only 10 dollars- this is worth the price. Especially because it is incredibly discreet because of the size. The noise level is also perfect if living with others. However it can get loud on the highest settings obv.. but nothing the white noise of a fan or heater cannot fix. ... show more

The item came quickly and the packaging was discreet. The size was perfect and the varying levels of vibration all held enough power to get the job done. Most of the levels were quiet, but a couple were loud enough that in a dead silence someone outside the door might hear. Though covering the sound could be easily achieved with a running fan. The silicone felt smooth and I could see that it encompassed the button and charge-plug entrance, likely to prevent water from getting into the electrical workings. Meaning it was easy to clean, which is always a plus! The charge plug it came with worked perfectly, it doesn't take long to charge and it lasts a good while, no complaints there! The only problem I had was it randomly turned on one night. I heard it going wild and pulled it out of my drawer to find it wouldn't turn off. I tried holding down the power button repeatedly, for several seconds, and even upwards of a minute or so. I tried clicking it to see if it would at least vary in speed. It did not. Out of desperation, I recalled that it couldn't be used while being charged and quickly plugged it in. That finally shut it off, but now it won't turn on. The light blinks to show it's charging when plugged in, but no matter how long I leave it charging, it refuses to turn back on. If the seller is willing to replace the item then I'll happily bump my review to 5 stars! 3 right now for the ‘contact seller’ link sending me to the manufacturer website, which requires you to do your return through Amazon, which directs you to the manufacturer website all over again. And for the fact I've only had it since May 12th 2024 and it is currently Aug 2nd 2024, so the longevity doesn't look good otherwise. All in all it's a great product!! I think I unfortunately got one with an error, but love the product enough to purchase again! BUT if you can't get a faulty one replaced through Amazon, I'd consider buying it from the manufacturer directly. They offer a two year warranty, and can't do returns through third party sellers. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I don't know if I should comment on the effectiveness of the vibrations considering I am a man, and the product is specifically designed for women, but I used it pretty much how you're supposed to use it, and it worked well for me. It seems strong enough - much better than my old phone's vibration motor, and the 10 vibration modes were very good. I also tested it submerged in a bathtub, and I often use it in the shower, so it's completely waterproof. I bought it in January, and near the end of February it broke. A couple of times it turned on in the middle of the night, and the second time, the only way to turn it off was to plug it in. From that point on, every time I unplugged it, it would turn on automatically and couldn't be turned off besides plugging it in again. This is a problem for me because, like I said, I'm a man, and I live in a college dorm with a roommate, and I don't want him finding out I have a vibrator! I'm hoping he thought it was just an alarm - it can be pretty loud, especially when vibrating against a hard surface. I tried fixing it by letting the battery die, but that only fixed it temporarily. What's worse, while it's broken, the vibration modes don't work! It's like it's a short-circuit straight to the motor. So, after thinking it through, I decided to try and get a replacement. I used the "Get product support" button on my list of orders, found an email on the website, and explained everything, attaching a video showing how it was broken. (That's the same video I'm attaching to this review). I also told them I had the original packaging if they needed it. They responded within 24 hours asking for my name and address so they could send a replacement! They had some trouble figuring out my college address, and after sending them a screenshot of the address Amazon used for my order, they didn't respond for over a week. I sent them an email asking if they were gonna ship it after 7 days, but then after 9 days, the replacement arrived in the mail! I still didn't get a response from customer service, but I got the replacement, so I'm happy. I still would have preferred if they let me know that they had shipped it. The replacement came in a brown cardboard box, same as the first one, so nobody at the mail room knows what I bought. Inside that box, it's the same packaging. My original vibrator is purple, but my replacement is cyan - that might be a good thing so I can tell which one is broken. Also, the new one came with a finger-sleeve attachment "for hands-free use!" The original one didn't have that. It's supposed to strap onto your fingers, but as a guy, I'm thinking of strapping it onto something else. A product that breaks right away deserves a 1-star review. However, it lasted almost 2 months (+1 star), customer service sent a replacement (+1 star), and customer service actually responded quickly (+1 star). That's why I'm giving it a 4-star review. Despite the complications with it breaking, it works very well as a product. If the replacement breaks though... I'm dropping it to a 2 or 3 star and I'm gonna buy from a different brand.
