    • Great batteries!
These are great batteries, but you need to understand how they work. There’s a lithium ion battery inside, and lithium chemistry is about 3.7 volts nominal. So the way they get to 1.5 volts is they have a chip that regulates the power to the target 1.5 volts. So after full charge they put out 1.5 volts, and right before they die, they put out 1.5 volts. This has benefits and drawbacks. The drawback being battery low indicators obviously aren’t tuned for these. The benefit being there is a constant voltage across the life of the battery. The other thing to know is this is why capacity is measured in mWh and not mAh. It’s a better measurement. But normal batteries can’t be measured that way as the voltage goes from 1.7 down to 1.2 while used. These will stay a constant 1.5 volts, so it makes more sense. But capacities are difficult to compare between the two types. Overall, very good value batteries! ... show more

Nice charging cradle. i’ve purchased two sets of the batteries. i had trouble with the first set and ordered a replacement set. the new batteries worked twice and discharge within 30 minutes. in addition 6 batteries ruptures by swelling and contents oozing out. Worst deal

    • Good for rechargeable batteries but….
So these batteries are pretty good as far as reachables go, but they don’t last as long as other lithium batteries I have used. Still a good buy since you can recharge them and don’t have to keep buying lithium batteries which are fairly expensive

These have been great for my outside ring doorbell cameras. With all the motion, the batteries weren’t lasting long. These rechargeables are a great value.

    • Voltage not the same as Energizer lithium out of the package after full charge.

Energizer Lithium disposable has over 17v out of the box and these are approximately 14.85v after a full charge. I only checked because I am using for the blink camera, and it says that my freshly charged batteries are low on the Blink app. They've been in a few days and functioning fine but don't know how long they will last. The voltages across all 8 batteries are approximately the same so they are consistent. My only guess is, instead of functioning at 17.45v and staying above 17 volts, they will function at 14.85 volts and stay above 14v for the same amount of time and work as well in the temperature extremes BUT THIS IS ONLY A GUESS. I will have to see over time if it was worth it like so many other life decisions. ... show more
