First impressions: This unit is quiet and the mat, springs and frame appear sturdy. My possible problem is that, contrary to the description and instructions (photo attached) the handlebar height is NOT adjustable. It is fixed at 35 1/2 inches from the mat surface. Note Step 4 describes an Adjustment Knob "F" that just doesn't exist, nor are holes drilled in bars "A" to make such an adjustment. Further, Bars "A" only extend one inch into the supporting base making the entire handle bar wobbly. "Note and warnings" No. 5 says "The handle bar when attached to the trampoline will have some movement, and is designed for aiding your balance only. It is not designed to support your entire weight." This unit was purchased for my 67 year old wife, and I fear if she lost her balance while bouncing and needed the support, it might easily collapse. I will update this review after her use within the return period. 8/31/2022 update - it's my last day to return this trampoline, and my wife has decided "she's keeping it". The mat has held up well and jumping up and down on that thing has become part of her daily routine. It doesn't change my original observation that the "adjustable" handle is not as described, and somewhat flimsy in its' addition to the trampoline. If you feel confident you won't need the handle for balance, it's otherwise a solid product. ... show more
