The VR product is fun when it is working but the controls are difficult to charge. I would not recommend purchasing this because it is not really user friendly. If you are tech savvy then you may enjoy but overall, it is not worth it. I cannot play it due to the control malfunction and basically, I would have to purchase a new one.     • Not working… only the head piece works well but the motion controllers won’t take charge or come on
I brought this item for my son for an award of doing excellent in school and the only thing working is the headset, the motion arms are not working at all it won’t take charge either. A total waste of time and money. Amazon you have let me down this time.

It didn’t come with the hand controllers charger and the actual VR was peeling by the forehead part pretty bad but other than that it worked just had to spend an extra 35 dollars to get to play it finally since the controllers were dead and not synced
