Ok, so this is just a first impressions review since this was delivered to my house just half an hour ago. Before I say my thoughts on the device, I have to say that the sellers sent my device 2 weeks earlier than the original delivery date of Feb 3 so this was a welcome surprise. Ok, the Vita and the AC adapter were both packaged individually and really carefully. Very well done. Now on to the Vita. I have to say, it is in way better shape than I expected it to be. On the listing, it said very good, but that is an understatement in my opinion. It is gorgeous. It is in really good shape, very clean. I'm glad I chose the metallic red model. Yeah, there are a few scratches but they are very very minor & there is one little speck on the screen but it isn't too bad or noticeable. The rubber on the analog sticks look and feel a little bit sticky from the previous owner's use but they work fine. Other than that, I would say the condition of the device overall is an A-. Cant believe I only spent $170 for this. I doubt this device I got was used much. I got lucky with this one. The Dpad, shoulder buttons and face buttons feel really nice and they work flawlessly. The Vita worked right away out of the packaging (seems like the battery was fully charged too before it was packaged, thank you very much) although remember that this is a Japanese Vita so the button used to confirm/select your choice is the circle button instead of the x button but you can change that in the settings menu. The Vita didn't come with a case (just letting you know if you do want to buy a Vita from this seller, you're gonna have to buy a case although maybe you can message the seller if they had one. Doesn't matter for me anyway since I bought a case beforehand). All in all, fantastic product. Got this PSP to mod out and for the price the quality exceeded my expectations. Hardly any scratches on it and it even came with a charger. The package was not damaged at all and it came much faster than I expected.

OTHER THAN A FEW SCRATCHES ON THE BACK & FRONT PANEL, THIS DEVICE IS GOOD SO FAR. I'VE HAD EVERY PS VITA COLOR & BY FAR, THIS 1 OF THE BEST. I'M GLAD I DECIDED TO BUY IT. NOW I CAN GET RID OF MY 2 TONE BLUE & WHITE PS VITA.

I read a lot of disheartening reviews, but after receiving mine all of my fears dissipated. The color is GORGEOUS and there was not a single scratch on the model. The box had a little damage, but what matters is the system, and as far as I could tell the system was brand new.

Device works but was shipped poorly and the device is disgusting. There is dirt and “gunk” around d-pad and buttons. Also a lot of visible dirt in creases and on the surface. Does not appear any attempt to clean the device, other than the screen, was done. Device seems to work fine but I would not pay the asking price for what is delivered. Sold by R&R Electro and item did have scratches on the back but otherwise looks very good! Found a little bit of stick drift but eh oh well. The system was taken very well taken care of! Thank you! Will buy again.

So we just received our "new" PS Vita today. And it arrived broken and kind of used looking. The box had no seal. First look at the outward appearance of the Vita looked nice though. Upon further checking out the device my boyfriend noticed the memory slot was broken. It came with a normal "SD" card which isn't right because Vitas take Sony Playstation specific SD cards. So it looked like someone didn't know that and tried to force it anyways because a prong fell out and it wouldn't register his Playstation cards. This was meant to be an anniversary/birthday gift for him and he can't even use it! If I could give less stars I would. So disappointed.
