Eveything is so amazing and crisp, Amazing console, beautiful UI, and great bang for your buck! Also Direct distributor was very helpful and informative. Love the PlayStation 5!!!! Had no clue I would enjoy the PS5 so much as I loved my PS3 back then so much but this thing is a tank!!! So fast!!! I was advised today The PS5 bought for my grandson birthday does not work and has not worked since delivered on 18 June 24. I want to return item for a refund and at this point it does not seem easy to do!!

The renewed PS5 seems to be in great condition but the controller has a major drift to the left. Poor experience with this item right off the bat. This is not how things should go with a $400+ purchase.
