As other reviews noted, the tiny pieces are packaged in a haphazard way, so it takes a while to assemble. Then the pieces of the raised walkway would not stay together, nor would some of the railings stay on, so I secured them with hot glue. It was all securely prepared by the time my imaginative 5-year-old grandson came to visit, and he loved playing with the set. I was very excited to get this in the mail. I feel in love with Playmobil products for their details, durability, and playability. Once my daughter is old enough she'll be able to play with them too. Great value and great product. The seller was great. I don't see any seller feedback option here so I'll leave it in this area. This comes with what feels like thousands is little pieces. Unlike Lego sets which are organized into labelled bags this is helter skelter. The pieces are distributed throughout without rhyme or reason. The directions are hardly helpful. I'm not doing this ever again. It's torture.

1. Difficult to identify/find some smaller assembly components, because they are grouped and bagged chaotically. 2. Missing some components. 3. I purchased many different Playmobil sets and I believe, that this one is way overpriced.
