Super THIN so they are not sturdy at all - BUT - they store easily, taking up very little space. They work as designed, clean up easily, and because they're thin/pliable they're great for "funneling" food from the cutting "board" directly into sauce pan or skillet. Very easy to clean but I wouldn't use the dishwasher because I did once and it warped it, however it did flatten back out but I will hand clean it from now on. Good value for the money.
