Great product. Incredible value. On the cnc pigtail touching the two red wires together is equivalent to pulling the Trigger on the handle. I'm using a NEJE laser engraver as a cheap cnc plasma cutter. If your cnc table has a relay switch, the two red wires (2&3) need to be connected to the relay to function as Plasma Trigger on/off. I picked up this bestarc plasma cutter for small projects in the shop. For my first project I decided to up-cycle our old 20lb Propane tanks in Halloween pumpkin art. You can see how it worked on youtube by searching "Making Halloween Pumpkins from old Propane Tanks using Plasma Cutter". I still need to figure out the correct settings for 110VAC and my hand speed. I was surprised by how small it is. I didn't run into any duty cycle issues on my project. It works great with my old 5000W Generac Generator ( https://amzn.to/3AURePv ). I want to like this but it feels and sounds like there is a loose screw rolling around inside. Is this normal or a quality control issue? I don’t really want to plug it in to 110/220V if there could be a screw that may short it out randomly.
