I am not 100% convinced. The first time it seemed to really take down the puffiness under my eyes, but I left them on for 3+ hours. The 2nd time, I only left them on for 40 minutes and didn't really notice a difference.

I read a lot of reviews for this item and others. I looked forward to trying this product and hoped it would work as advertised. Unfortunately, my dark circles and bags under my eyes remain without any noticeable difference. After about the third try, I asked my husband if he noticed any difference and his response was, "no".
