  • Larger Color Temperature Range than Other Lights + RGB Colors without Gels
This Pixel P45 2 pack of super bright LED lights has a really nice build quality to them. Both lights are a heavy duty aluminum that creates a solid build but also helps with any heat that may build up while using them. Included with this kit are 2 lights, 2 adjustable light stands, 2 power supplies, 2 light diffusers, and 1 storage bag. For all the light kits that I’ve seen in the past, the color temperature range on these lights are much wider than other light kits. The color temperature range for these lights are 2600K-10,000K, while other kits only offer 3300K-5800k There are 3 different modes for these lights. 1-Color Temperature (CCT) with a range from 2600K-10,000K 2-Hue (HSI) for RGB colors other than white 3-Flash (FLS) see product description for a list of the 9 available presets. My favorite part is that both lights can be controlled using one light. (Using the dial on the back of the light) When both lights are on the same Group Letter or Channel Number, you can change the color, brightness & color temperature at the same time in unison all wireless. Now, don’t let me confuse you, they can each be set to different brightness & color temperatures. While this kit doesn’t include a remote, it is possible to use one to control the lights if you already have other lights that have a remote. While the kit does come with a storage bag (with shoulder strap), the bag itself is a little on the heavy size. That weight is probably due to the heavy duty padding on all sides. With everything inside the bag, there is still a lot of room available for other items. The adjustable stands can also be used independently as they each have a 1/4” screw head at the top, so you can attach a camera or camera mount to them. If you choose to use the included light diffusers, please note the little “feet” that pop out in the corners to keep the diffuser in place (and not fall out) I look forward to using these super bright and durable lights. ... show more

  • Super cool TV/Photograph lights!!
I’ve never had a pair of TV/Photo lights before, but decided to invest in one because of the demands of video shooting and online meetings. None of the other selfie lights can give you a natural look on skin tone and pro-folio, except these lights that I found!! I love how it’s all digital and you can literally change to all kinds of RGB colors and their levels. It’s so convenient and I can’t wait to make more online videos with these lights. Bonus, also comes with a bag for outdoor shooting, super convenient ;) ... show more

  • Good lights, horrible stands.
Seems like anytime you get a bundle of anything, the secondary product is going to be worthless. These stands are like epically bad. They should be ashamed they even included them. I guess they are better than nothing, but not much better. The lights are great, and it does come with some diffusion, but I wish it had barn doors to direct my light more. You may need to put an extra layer of diffusion under the lights. This was a good buy though. They aren't super expensive and they come with a decent bag to haul them around in. ... show more

  • Variable color lighting solution at fair value!
The media could not be loaded. I would first like to start off by saying I only review products that I either really love or I really hate. This is one of the best video lighting kits I have ever owed. The build quality is absolutely outstanding and the price was beyond fair. The super sturdy construction is so rare to see nowadays. I have multiple mini RGB LEDs used for photo and video; and I bought this one because I needed a large, soft video lighting solution for producing clean professional looking footage for interviews, podcast, still images, media projects and youtube. The lcd readout on the back is large and easy to navigate. I also love the fact that it has intuitive controls with large easy to use wheel and 'ok' button. ... show more

  • Impressed
I am very hard to impress, but this light kit surprised me in a very good way. I my 50 years of age I've seen quite a bit, and used quite a bit of various lights too, but this one impressed me with its quality and function. It did in fact exceed my expectation. I thought I would get something of typical Chinese quality which I learned to just accept for whatever it is, and I expected to see something of that nature. I was pleasantly surprised to see very high quality materials, assembly, and perfect design. Controls are convenient to use, brightness is high enough, stand is stable, packaging is very good, the bag has plenty of room to fit in more stuff that you usually need on a typical shoot. You can fit a very long extension cable for instance. I look forward to using this kit on a real job and may even go for buying one or two kits more. ... show more

  • Better than a Neewer RGB panel for the same money.
I'll be brief for now, as I'm still reviewing it and comparing it with the Neewer lights I bought, but depending on the sales and pricing of the day, these just perform better. To elaborate a little more on the major difference: The Neewer light, if you pick a color, say a nice teal, when you start changing the saturation or intensity, you'll see the hue jump around a lot as they lower. This is because they're not using very accurate math internally to figure the mixing levels and you basically get aliasing which causes steps and shifts in color. The Pixel light handles this much more like what you'd see an Aputure light or something that costs far more; the math is done to a much higher precision, then rounded off to match the drive settings for the LEDs. This means when you pick a hue and start adjusting saturation and power, the color smoothly shifts as you'd expect. You don't get these weird jumps, or when you get to dim levels, some of the colors don't just shut off like they do in the Neewer. More to come as I compare them better. But overall, for the money spent, this is a great value. Sure, it doesn't have premium dials or other nice parts, so it might not feel as nice or have a nice protective shield, but none of it gets in the way of doing its job. So low cost, but well designed and executed. ... show more
