The box arrived smashed in - I was worried that there would be a problem, but there wasn't. Everything unpacked well with all the parts intact. There was a carrying bag, not the best quality - thin and papery, but it will get the job done. Setup was quick and easy. Bluetooth pairing went very smoothly, as well as picture and video taking. I use this whenever I’m creating content at home. It’s easy to use, the quality is excellent, and the light offers two different color options. It’s a bit bulky, so it works best in a larger room—not ideal for small spaces. The cord length is fine, and the price is reasonable.

    • Stopped working - wire issue?

Great product. Bought one for home office and then another for work office. Within two months the work office lamp stop working. I jiggled the wire where it’s connected to the on/off switch. It flickered on then off. Now it’s completely not working. Too late to return.

This tripod is much sturdier than any of the other ones that I have found for ring lights and very versatile as far as how much it telescopes and all the directions it can point. The phone mount swivels 180° so you can really point your camera in any direction up or down so I don't understand reviews that said you can't. It is a really nice ring light tripod for the price. They're all not the most durable things in the world but this one seems to be a little bit better than others that I have had. The remote is amazing and it would be nice if the instructions were a little bit obvious because at first I couldn't figure out what I needed to do but of course you need to pair it with Bluetooth and then you're all set. The carrying case is helpful although it doesn't fit the amount in it, But I can totally use it with it just sticking out the top. of course with the ring light won't fit, I would never expect it to fit in a carrying case being as it's a ring light. Using a portable battery to plug it in a genius because then you can use it anywhere. The last ring light that I had kind of cracked in half between the two pieces and this one feels like it's put together a bit better. Definitely sturdy enough if you know how to use a tripod and adjust the different levers to hold the ring light and my phone no problem. 100% happy with this! ... show more
