  • Good experience
Size: TW-DC0 Nikon
Bought this product twice hoping it would work. For both sets, the receiver would not work. It would flash on when initially putting in the batteries and then not turn on. The battery instructions were followed and I tried every possible direction and still wouldn’t turn on for both sets. After writing my review, someone reached out to try and help. They sent me one and this time it worked without any issues. Great customer service turned the experience around. ... show more

  • Works perfect
Size: TW-N3 Canon
Really like this shutter release. At one point, sat it outside on my camera pointing at a hummingbird feeder. I couldn’t be outside or birds stayed away, so used this so I could trigger camera from inside the house. Worked perfectly.

  • Great product!
Size: TW-E3 Canon
I bought this for my Olympus OM1 camera and I love it. I also have an older set for my Sony A7 with a different cable. I've done a lot of long exposure shots with this. When you start a long exposure you can see the time on the remote. I only used 3 of the modes which are single shot - bursts(multiple-shots) and bulbmode(long exposure). Also love that you can buy the AAA batteries in both units everywhere. And it also work threw glass. I highly recomend this product! I used it together with bird-eye detection and wide-focus area and nailed almost every shots. Here's a shot with a 135mm lense from aprox 1,5m away. ... show more

  • You have to setup with your camera also.

  • Manufacturer lacks quality control.
Size: TW-L1 Panasonic
One of the recent reviews that I read about this unit mentioned that the wiring in the receiver unit I believe it was, had quality control issues. Meaning that quality control appeared to be lacking. Well I am here to tell you that it hasn't improved one bit since then. If I could have added images I would have but this review app won't let me. Suffice it to say though that the battery insert section of the receiver is "Bass Ackward". Both negative contacts are on the same end, and both positive contacts are on the opposite end of the battery compartment! If it wasn't for the illustration in the compartment a buyer could 'VERY EASILY' put the batteries in incorrectly, --identical battery poles on each end-- and possibly damage the unit. That is negative negative on one end, and positive positive on the other end! I did put the batteries in correctly so it does works fine for now. But it could have been just the opposite. Who knows what the future holds? The only reason that I am not returning it right now is that overall I like the device. It is working fine for now, and if I did order a replacement it would probably be just as screwed up as the one I already have. Let's see how it holds up. One other thing. Would you please include a 60mm step-up ring for my Leica lenses. I had to purchase one from another company. ... show more
