Changed to these tires on a 2014 honda cbr500. Excellent feeling tires especially in the corners. They feel very sticky and inspire a lot of confidence. Just buy them!

I just put these on and went for a short ride so not a long term review here. These replaced the OEM Dunlop Roadsmart that came on my Z900, and the pirellis are much more confidence inspiring and feel stickier. Traction control used to intervene much more often with the dunlops when going wide open throttle. I haven’t yet gone full lean with these, but leaned the bike decently on some twisty roads and the pirellis don’t slide around at all where the dunlops used to. I’m impressed so far with dry weather traction. I’m hoping to get 5000-7500 miles out of these based on other reviews. I mounted them myself, it took some elbow grease to get them on the rim, but they balanced perfectly. The front tire didn’t even need any balance weights, and the rear only needed half an oz. Also, these tires were manufactured in 2024, so they're not old discontinued tires like i have read on some other comments. Overall very pleased so far! ... show more

I ride a FZ1000 all over the North Georgia mountains and these tires perform excellent on all types of pavement. Even in rain they are exceptionally well. They also seem to be wearing even and have held up to twisties and quick accelerations. For the price you can’t beat them! Highly recommend them

Don't ride 20k/year anymore so I jumped on this deal since I really liked the Pirelli Scorpion Syncs I used to run on the Buell even though they didn't last as long as subsequent multi-compound tires PR2's, Roadsmarts, or Bridgestone BT's. With a similar profile to the Syncs and Roadsmarts I hope to get the familiar great handling from my Ulysses. Can't speak to that yet they're still in the garage. Tires are fresh (see the actual date code pic, first 2 digits are week of year, year denoted by second 2 digits). This is how ALL tires sold here are marked. Seller shipped them out quickly and packaged them well in a box (!), that's a first for me. Kudos. But, they're both made in China. They seem beautifully constructed as all modern Pirellis are in my experience, details are sharp and there are almost no molding nipples or flash. I really don't like buying Chinese products. I'm sure Pirelli has the Chinese manufacturing up to their standards, but even if I love these tires the next set will likely be made elsewhere. 4 stars due to China. ... show more
