Someplace in the text I saw that it ran small, my waist is typically 36 to 38 and I have gone back and forth on sizing so I ordered an XL but when I got it an L would have been a better selection although I'm wearing it in XL right now and it fits fine without having to tie the drawstring

I love these shorts, material feels durable and comfortable. I wear shorts often during the summer, the material of these shorts keeps the leg cool! They are also elastic and stretchy for active movements!

Very nice shorts. The color is black and the size is large. Fabric is so soft and pleasant to touch. Sewing is neat. They are very comfortable and suitable to wear outside as well as at home.

I liked these shorts way more than I would have expected. They're super soft & comfortable with a good amount of stretch. It has 4 pockets: 2 on the side, one in the rear & one on the pant leg (with a zipper). The price for these shorts was fair too ($17.99). Despite the items title & description, I would not use these for the gym for a few reasons. First, the fit leans more towards a casual pair of shorts. Second, they're not as lightweight as i would prefer for a pair of gym shorts because it's a higher percentage of cotton (75%) and thus, they'll retain more sweat & for longer. Third, I think they're too nice looking & feeling to be considered a pair of gym shorts. Not as nice or "formal" as a pair of chino short... these shorts fall somewhere between chino shorts & gym shorts. That said, I really do like them but I wouldn't wear these while working out. I'd still recommend them to others and wouldn't mind another pair in a different color! 4/5 ... show more
