So it works fine. But following the directions and even getting CS help, we still can't change the original password. But aside from that, she loves it. Helpful hint! Do not fold bills then insert. They will get stuck and the whole thing stops working until you pull the bill out. We though it had broke the day she got it. The whole thing stopped making noise, lighting up, the whole shebang. So I opened it up and saw the jam, pulled the bill out and the music started playing again. 😅 ... show more
