I'm not a huge fan of "typical" piano music, but this CD is the exception. The drums & other background mix is superb & balances the beautiful piano playing. As soon as I heard that Jeremiah Fraites was releasing a solo piano album, I hopped over to Amazon to pre-order it. Mr. Fraites puts so much passion into this album and it is so soothing to listen to. Recommendation: buy it on vinyl because it gives it an extra something. I'm hoping he releases more. ... show more

My kids call it my sad music. Lol. I will say it promotes deep thinking but it is lovely paired with a favorite read and a cup of coffee.

    • Background noise and twisted vinyl
This can be a very good piece of piano essay. I do not have any complaint about the music part. But his product is not so good. The recording is done in some environment with auditable background noise, especially at the beginning of the record. Then, the real issue is the vinyl. It is twisted and there’s too much of up and down movement in playing. What a shame. ... show more
